How much does it cost? Please view our pricing page for up to date pricing. The more you buy, the less you pay per SMS Credit. Are there any other costs I should know about? There are no set-up fees, monthly fees or any other additional fees. We operate on a prepaid (Pay As You Go SMS) basis. The credits that you buy will only expire in 12 months from the purchase date. Users do not pay for replies. How do I buy credits? We work on a prepaid basis. You can purchase credits online via electronic funds transfer(EFT). Please see our purchase SMS page for more detailed information. How long does it take to deliver messages? Messages are delivered within 15 seconds. Each user has the ability to send out 100 000 SMS's per hour through our gateway. Do you provide status reports for the undelivered messages? All messages will have a status report whether successfully delivered or not. To view the reports, go to SMS sent report. Do you support replies to SMS's? Yes, recipients of messages that you send via our system can reply to your messages. The reply messages will be posted to your replies inbox in your account. You can also have replies forwarded to an email address or to a cell number if you want. |
